Dutch Oven 101: Dutch Chili Oven Recipe

Dutch oven is a cooking pot that is thick-walled with a lid that is tight-fitting, usually made of cast iron, and some are made of cast aluminum, ceramic or enameled metals. Add the soaked beans, tomatoes and enough water to cover the meat and the beans, add a pinch of salt, and let it cook for ten minutes.
